SAVTEQ completed the development of a 3D vision systems for the Aquanaut robot. This vision systems captures 3D images underwater and enables the Aquanaut to reconstruct the scene underwater. In order for the robot to autonomously perform work underwater, the 3D vision system need to accurately render the scene and update the scene real-time.
