3DSL Rhino
The Next Generation in 3D Imaging

Waterproof, Dustproof
Painting mode for automatic creation of 3D models without markers
Best in class accuracy
3DSL NDT
The 3DSL NDT software suite enables complete assessment of infrastructure damage and produces damage reports that are compliant with industry standard recommendations. Intelligent algorithms accurately determine metal loss and mechanical damage. Modules for Oil and Gas assessment produce reports that comply with requirements for ASME B31G, RSTRENG, ASME B31.8, ASME B31.4, API 579 and other assessment methods. Modules are also available for bridge inspection and aerospace damage assessment.
Rhino: the next generation in field ruggedized 3D imaging. Like the pachyderm for which it's named, the 3DSL Rhino is ready for field work. With an ingress protection level of 67 (IP67), this rugged Rhino can be dropped in water, dropped in mud, taken out in the Canadian winter or the Arabian summer and continue taking high quality 3D images. The image acquisition speed of 700 frames per second ensures quality data every time. High accuracy is achieved through patented 3D imaging technology.
Rhino: the best source of 3D data no matter what software you use.
Our open format solutions support easy integration with other hardware and software tools.

Technical Specifications
Performance matters…and not all 3D imaging tools are made equal. Our patented technology results in the accuracy and precision needed to produce a correct assessment every time. Our focus on field applications ensures that technicians and service personnel can work where ever and whenever they need to.
The Rhino: and then some cool tagline

Rhinos are cool. You'd like a Rhino- They are pretty cool. Buy a Rhino from us. You'll like the price. And if you don't, can you really afford to not look this cool. I didn't think so. Besides how many scanners are named after an endangered species? The answer? Just one- This one. It's the Rhino, the new Rhino, the cool Rhino. It's kind of like an apple product but cooler just ask your son.

Its Indestructible, Just Try to Destruct it

The Rhino: A Focus on Metrology

Each Rhino is rigorously tested to ensure that accuracy and precision are maintained even in harsh field conditions. After all, it’s no good if you can’t take it out of the lab. We verify our 3D performance per the VDI/VDE 2634 standard. In addition, leading industry consortiums have rigorously tested our tools. Contact us for a list of published reports and detailed information on our performance.
High Speed, High Dynamic Range
Field Ruggedized
Taking quality 3D data in the field requires high speed, high dynamic range 3D imaging. Using advanced image sensing technology from Allied Vision, which operates at 309 frames per second, we are able to reconstruct a 3D image in 90ms at full resolution. Trimming down the field of view allows us to more than double the frame rate and cut the acquisition time in half. The superior sensitivity of the CMOSIS CMV300 results in high dynamic range 3D imaging: this allows the Rhino to maintain performance under extreme lighting conditions.
The 3DSL Rhino is designed for field inspection of corrosion, dents, and other infrastructure damage. Ruggedized to meet the demands of harsh environments, the 3DSL Rhino is perfect for assessing infrastructure damage from Alaska to Zambia. Complete protection from dust, water, sand and an operating temperature that ranges from -10F (-23C) to 110F (40C), the 3DSL Rhino is ready for just about anything. Next time you need to assess damage, think 3DSL Rhino.
